Morrow is a disgruntled employee of a rocket fuel factory who threatens to blow himself, the plant, and the surrounding area sky high. McNally, the manager of the plant, keeps Morrow occupied until the fuel is removed and there is no longer any danger to the plant or the surrounding residential area.
