This awful actioner stars Taylor as a crazed Nazi war criminal trying to revitalize the neo-Nazi movement in the US. To do this Taylor and his equally vile daughter have united with the Las Vegas Mafia and a band of savage motorcyclists known as the Bloody Devils.
