Bancroft is a fishing boat captain who has a love 'em and leave 'em attitude toward women until he falls for and marries Sothern. When they go on a honeymoon on his boat, however, Sothern becomes interested in the first mate, Jory, who's a cleaner, more respectable type than Bancroft.
