Hell Bound

In this drug exploitation film, Russell is the mastermind of a scheme to steal war surplus drugs from a ship in Los Angeles harbor. He tries to get backers for the crime by showing a 16mm film presenting his plan to get the $2 million in narcotics. Fenton is the gangster who takes the film around to backers with Blair, who is sent to keep an eye on Russell's investment. She falls for ambulance driver Whitman, who unwittingly becomes involved in the crime. Russell is killed in the attempted heist, the shipment of drugs stays on the ship, and Blair and Whitman walk away hand in hand.
