A weak and confusing crime film with Mehaffey as an FBI agent going after the kidnapers of a wealthy man. The kidnapers have more problems than just an agent on their trail when the ransom money is picked up by an innocent bystander who tries to return it to its rightful owners. He's killed and both good guys and bad guys try to find where he hid it. leave a comment
