A boyish Rogers stars as a Coast Guard ensign assigned to a yacht which is suspected of rum running. On board, he falls for the lovely Breen, against her mother's wishes. Rogers, as expected, discovers who's behind the illegal boozing and points the finger at mom's hoped-for son-in-law.
