A surprisingly enjoyable comedy with McHugh cast as a wimpy office clerk who is being forced into a marriage with Wyman by her domineering mother, Witherspoon. When he buys a racy statue of a woman at an auction, mother and daughter respond to McHugh's desires by packing their bags. He soon learns that the model for the sculpture is the daughter of a powerful senator. A gang of blackmailers tries to nab the statue but McHugh outwits them, and by doing so, wins the heart of the model. leave a comment
