Granger is a one-legged great white hunter in India on the trail of a man-eating tiger. He meets up with Steel, whose moment of cowardice in a German POW camp cost Granger his leg. When they face a tiger, Steel again loses his nerve, and Granger is badly mauled. Nursed back to health by Steel's wife (Rush) he finds himself falling in love with her. He takes solace in drinking until Steel's son is lost in the jungle; he goes out to kill the tiger before it finds the boy. A good adventure yarn, with the jungle sequences done very well. leave a comment
