The second of a trio of all-black westerns produced by Kahn (THE BRONZE BUCKAROO; THE TWO GUN MAN FROM HARLEM) is still a lackluster oater despite its curiosity. Jeffries is the hero who stops the evil Brooks from stealing a radium mine from the unsuspecting Young. Despite the fact that
this film was written by blacks, it was obviously produced for the white audience as it depicts little from the black standpoint.
