Pretentious claptrap clothed in a 1984 rock-music love story that never goes beyond the superficial. Springfield is a highly successful rock songwriter-performer. While driving in his car, he meets Eilber, a tense child psychologist. The two quickly fall in love, and he pursues her around San Francisco until he catches her.
