After her husband, a Marine aviator, vanishes, Venable goes to Shanghai and spots dancer Regan in a show. Since he is a dead ringer for her husband, she decides that it must be him, stricken with amnesia. Murder, kidnaping, gangsters, and a few songs fill out the running time of this
routine programmer. Songs include: "Right or Wrong" (Ted Koehler, Sammy Stept), "A Treat for the Eyes" (Stept, Cliff Friend), and "Happy-Go-Lucky" (all sung by Regan).
