Silly but entertaining feature has Morgan playing a Balkan prince visiting the U.S. In New York City, Morgan sneaks away from his entourage so he can see how "real" Americans live. He meets taxi driver Carson who schools him in American customs and manners until the police locate him. Morgan is then scheduled to speak to his people via radio, but, before the broadcast begins, he and Carson engage in a debate over the pros and cons of democracy.
