One of the films in the TEXAS RANGERS series--next to PRC'S BILLY THE KID series with Bob Steele, the most popular of their many "filler" series made to complement the main features shown in the movie houses of the forties. Here Rangers O'Brien, Newill, and Wilkerson are after bad guy
Ingram. Seems he's killed his cousin and cousin's wife, taking guardianship of both their baby and gold mine. His henchmen want to do away with the kid, but the Rangers save the day and bring everyone to justice. Lots of gunplay, galloping, and of course a few cowboy tunes. Direction is okay for
the fare, and some nice shots enliven an otherwise typical effort.
