Guns Of A Stranger

A dumbfoundingly empty singing-cowboy picture that casts country star Robbins as a drifter who saves Beams's ranch from malicious outlaws while strumming his guitar. This picture tried to emulate the programmers of the 1930s and 1940s and actually succeeds quite well--it's incredibly corny, poorly acted, patently scripted, and filled with unmemorable tunes. Considering it was made in 1973, however, it has no excuse for being old-fashioned.
