Autry is framed for the murder of a local sheriff but clears his name, gets elected sheriff himself, and jails the bad guy who set him up in the first place. Considering this film lasts only an hour, it takes a relatively long time (30 minutes) to get to the meat of the story. But once
it gets going there's plenty of action for the ardent western fan. Autry sings "Ridin' All Day," as well as the title song, with Burnette throwing in a few lyrics of his own.
