Gunpowder

This mundane James Bond imitation opens with the Western economic system being destroyed by large volume sales of gold. Sir Anthony Phleps (Gordon Jackson), a top British official, realizes that only two men can save the day. He calls in the team of Gunn (David Gilliam), a rugged secret agent, and Powder (Martin Potter), his slightly effeminate sidekick. The duo stumbles onto Dr. Vache (David Miller), a mad scientist from the Goldfinger school who tries to destroy the world economy by keeping gold in a liquid state.
