Marshall Earp (Madison) disguises himself as a drifter to help Lebeau, a French-born saloonkeeper who is trying to keep Tichy from stealing Davys' silver mines. Tichy hires Sancho to hijack a wagon full of supplies bound for the mine. Madison and Serato put a halt to this. Tichy then kills Sancho, afraid that the Mexican will expose him.
