Shilling, along with her brother, Wales, comes from out East to take over their father's ranch. But some bandidos hear of an old Mexican revolutionary's treasure supposedly buried somewhere on the ranch and begin to harass the pair. Along comes Williams, with sidekick Yaconelli at hand, to save the day. He not only saves the ranch but wins Shilling's heart as well. It's somewhat comical material that is enhanced by Williams' performance. He was a known character actor who starred in an occasional B feature such as GUN PLAY. Yaconelli was also known for his comedy roles and occasionally upstages the star in this film. The title delivers its promise, with plenty of obligatory action sequences. Slightly better than average product. Wales later changed his name to Hal Taliaferro and became fairly well known as a character actor in features. leave a comment
