A demented gang of terrorists stash a 40-megaton nuclear bomb on San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge and hold the entire West Coast hostage. Superagent Casteel pokes around, however, and saves the world from destruction. Pretty bad, but surprisingly entertaining for one or two brief
