Lowe plays an insurance investigator hot on the trail of an arsonist who is setting fire to big buildings all over the city. Good supporting cast includes Stevens, Van Sloan, and Sothern as the love interest. Good, tough dialog and nice pacing by director Kenton. leave a comment
