An uninspired, ultraviolent film that has returning Vietnam vet Winfield becoming enraged after his wife overdoses on drugs. He forms a vigilante group and goes after fellow blacks who are pushing dope in Harlem, creating an all-out street war. The blood flows freely and as senselessly as
in any martial arts movie, and the film's not helped by a motorcycle chase at the end. The script is abysmal, the acting barely professional, and Davis' direction almost invisible. Just another black exploitation mess putting on social consciousness airs that any 10-year-old will see through.
