A perfect title because it describes the producers who thought this film had any merit. Set in a golf resort in the Bahamas where Ben Gordon is the effervescent entertainment director, the confusing story has to do with gangsters, Arabs, and pretty women in bathing suits. The dialog is
pedestrian and the most annoying bits of it are spoken by Gordon's smart-alec parrot whose voice, typically dubbed by a human, sounds like a bad imitation of Mel Blanc.
