Winninger and Brady star as husband and wife vaudeville troopers who get conned into plunking down $4,000 for a seedy hotel in New England. After the standard set of gags and twists, the clever couple manage to turn around and sell the hotel back to the dishonest real estate man for $10,000, a fortune in those days.
