One Good Turn: Review

Beginning in 1954 and continuing for the rest of the 1950s, popular British comedian Wisdom turned out a picture a year, starring as a bumbling do-gooder. This was his second effort, and it's an enjoyable yarn in which Wisdom works as a handyman at a failing orphanage. To save the orphanage from financial ruin, Wisdom gets involved in a walkathon and a boxing match, and also conducts a symphony orchestra.
