Lowe stars as the suave leader of a gang of high-class mobsters who use their social standing to gain access to the safes of unsuspecting rich folks. Lowe moves throughout the upper-crust circles with ease, and even begins a romance with the bank president's daughter, Churchill. Eventually the truth comes out, ruining the gang's phony prestige, as well as Lowe's romance with Churchill. Slow-moving. leave a comment
