There is almost nothing to recommend in this film, other than the fact that it gives us a chance to see Harlow and Tracy when they were very young, and features George Raft in a tiny bit. Hymer is a sailor who finds a little black book filled with women's names and addresses. After dating each girl, he finds that they all have something in common, a tattoo. Hymer is angered that some guy had the nerve to tattoo these women as a mark of his conquest. He plans to give the guy what for if he ever meets him. Tracy steps into the scene. He is another sailor and a rival for the affections of a woman. But the two men become fast pals and learn that they have a great deal ...
