A muddled mess of a picture with Vernon as a mercenary hijacking a ship. He's got an atomic device he'll use to blow up the cruiser (a floating casino that holds every stock movie type available) unless he gets money from the US Treasury. Poor character motivations, gaping plot holes, and TV-movie aesthetics make this a film well worth missing. leave a comment
