This time around, Dick Powell plays an insurance agent coerced by Perkins and Brown into selling a $1 million policy to Moore, who, Powell then discovers, is an old man who could kick the bucket at any given moment. Moore, a Broadway producer, is kept alive by Powell and Blondell, a showgirl and part-time secretary. Produced by Hal B.
