Over She Goes

Wood is an old vaudevillian who inherits the title of lord. He invites his old partners, Cliff and Lupino, to check out his new digs. But also arriving on the scene is Kelly, a girl Wood used to go with. She's bearing a two-year-old letter written by Wood in his leaner days, promising marriage. She wants to sue for breach of promise. His old pals help him out by disguising themselves as ghosts to retrieve the letter. This is a witty little British comedy, well acted by the leads. The direction shows an excellent sense of timing with songs well integrated into the story.
