She Goes To War

One of the many minor efforts by director King, who managed to add life to an only fair script by injecting comedy, pathos, and romance in all the right spots. The yarn has to do with a spoiled rich kid, Boardman, who gets a yen to be of some use in WW I. She splits for France and meets up with the outfit of her fiance, a real coward who stays behind when the troops are called up to the front. Boardman gets her fill of action, as she is almost killed during an attack, but a fluke has her saving the rest of the outfit.
