Ex-cop, ex-ballplayer Sam Kellough (John Saxon), who now makes a living as a bounty hunter, swings into action when a $20,000 reward is offered for the capture of Victor Hale (Roosevelt Grier) after he attacks a prison guard with a "riot glove"--a metal-loaded number that gives Victor a ROLLERBALL-chic look.
