Give Her The Moon

An original and strangely funny film about a millionaire (Convy) who goes to the small French town of Angevine determined to win the heart of beauty contest winner (Noiret). Though she has a beau, Noiret agrees to see Convy, who tries to charm her by moving her entire village to his New York home. The town is set up on Bedloe's Island and becomes a hit with the tourist trade. He learns his lesson, however, and sends the French back to France, and Noiret back to her true love.
