The Girl On The Front Page: Review

A mediocre story about a society woman, Stuart, who takes over her father's newspaper, much to the consternation of the editor, Lowe. He decides not to resign, however, and instead attempts to thwart a plot by Stuart's butler to blackmail her. Unknown to Lowe, Stuart undertakes some reporting work. When Lowe discovers that, he falls for her, and she for him. Standard stuff that would scarcely make headlines today. leave a comment
