This is the hackneyed saga of an unwilling streetwalker, Francis, who tells all concerning her seamy existence to her attentive psychiatrist, Nolan, as she tries to straighten out her life. Overused and badly structured flashbacks are employed to relate the dreary tale. Eventually Nolan, true to his psychiatric oath, helps Francis regain her self-esteem and embark on a new life.
