Albert is an oil-company magnate who stages a raid deep in Afghanistan to steal a secret, new nerve gas from the Russians. His company has contracted with the government to provide an antidote to the gas, which has the unusual property of intensifying rather than dissipating and of eating the flesh off human beings.
