Geared toward young adults, this artificially sweetened and supposedly humorous look at a couple's home pregnancy is pointless and self-important. Janssen's performance does not even begin to match Henry Fonda's stage work in the role of the father whose anti-establishment daughter decides to have her baby delivered in a Greenwich Village loft. Necessity, however, forces her and her husband to call in a doctor, humorously played by Carl Reiner. On par with the average made-for-TV movie. leave a comment
