A nothing little zit of a 16mm movie that attempts to make fun of horror pictures but instead mocks technical Renaissance man Nick Zedd. Robert Andrews plays Dr. Frankenberry, a mad scientist who devotes his existence to chemosynthetic regeneration--bringing dead tissue back to life. The
film tries too hard to be camp, constantly reminding us how funny it should be. In a rather dumb role as the Rawhide Kid is Richard Hell, the punk-rock leader of the Voidoids who displayed even less talent in SMITHEREENS (1982).
