None too gay, but loopy as all get out, kidding several genres at once as it crawls along. Leo Carrillo is a music-loving Mexican bandit who patterns himself after American screen gangsters. He kidnaps Nino Martini, a singing caballero, and energetic heiress Ida Lupino, terrific as always.
