Rogers is a talent scout searching for a star for a movie titled "The Behemoth." She goes to New York and finds hockey player Lane. He's reluctant, and Rogers ends up dropping her Hollywood job to be a hockey player's wife. The handsome Lane, a former Notre Dame football star, had worked for the major studios before sliding over to Republic. The year following this "inside Hollywood" opus, he became Allan "Rocky" Lane, specializing in B-westerns for the studio (51 in all). leave a comment
