You don't have to be a Trek fan to have a good time with this spoof/homage to fandom and the enduring appeal of cheesy TV, but it helps. Their show was canceled 18 years ago, but the crew of "Galaxy Quest"'s starship Protector (including Tim Allen, Sigourney Weaver and Alan Rickman) are still in uniform, touring the convention circuit.
