An episodic police comedy in the same vein as M*A*S*H and THE HOSPITAL. Reynolds is a Boston cop searching for bomber Brynner who has been killing local politicians. In between are various episodes and characters, including Welch as a policewoman undercover in a sleeping bag with Skerritt, and Morgan and Smith as two punks who get cheap thrills turning winos into bonfires. Fast-paced film that makes some good points although the humor may be offensive to some. Don't miss Reynolds in the nun's habit. leave a comment
