Nice guy sheriff Holt believes in prisoner rehabilitation. These guys aren't so bad, right? A lot of first-time offenders in a prison resembling a summer camp more than a detention camp work hard to redeem themselves on a road construction project. There are some dirty deals and a pallid love interest, but the lame story, the hackneyed script, and all-around bad acting indicate the slow death of the long-running Holt series for Columbia. leave a comment
