Frontier Pony Express

Rogers plays a pony express rider operating between California and the frontier territory. He becomes involved in a plot by Confederate spy Dillaway and southern politician Keane to get California to enter the Civil War on the rebel side. Keane, however, is playing both sides (Confederate and Union) against each other so he can walk in and claim the territory as his own. Luckily Rogers and his golden palomino Trigger are on hand to put an end to Keane's plot in another virile Rogers actioner directed by the studio's top director, Joseph Kane.
