Terrible teenage drama starring Bury and Alvina as two unloved French kids who run off together and set up housekeeping on a deserted beach. They have a baby and, shortly thereafter, their apologetic parents show up and take them away. Devoid of any insight into the teenage mind, the film
seems to revel in its unnecessarily explicit nudity which gave it an "R" rating, thereby eliminating its targetted audience. Filmmaker Gilbert (THE ADVENTURERS, YOU ONLY LIVE TWICE), who was a child star himself, gave the lead to French actress Alvina after she perfected her English especially to
qualify for the part. Includes songs by Elton John. (Sequel: PAUL AND MICHELLE-1974.)
