Silly campus comedy concerning rowing-team coach Frank McHugh's efforts to keep his job by pushing his team to its limits. His efforts are constantly frustrated by gorgeous Patricia Ellis who keeps luring the husky oarsmen away from practice. McHugh manages to turn the tables,
encouraging rowers from other schools to enroll in his college by sending enticing letters with a sexy photo of Ellis enclosed. A win is ultimately attained after bandleader George E. Stone is recruited as coxswain and introduces a jazz beat to the striving oarsmen. Songs include "The Collegiana,"
