Callan plays a young zoologist who goes to the California Lion Country Safari preserve to study Frasier, an incredibly potent and amorous lion who has fathered 37 cubs with seven different lionesses. To the zoologist's surprise, the lion talks (or, at least, Jory does) and confides his secrets to his newfound friend.
