Deep in the bowels of Los Angeles General Hospital lies the laboratory of the legendary Baron von Frankenstein's great-great grandson (Blankfield), a physician who has for obvious reasons has changed his name to Frankenheimer. Assisted by a former short order cook (Jordan), Blankfield is secretly working to create a perfect human being. Wretched in nearly every respect, FRANKENSTEIN GENERAL HOSPITAL aspires to spoof horror films, somewhat as YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN did.
