This disappointing Scott oater features him as a gunslinger in the early days of Texas who hangs up his gun belt and becomes the crusading editor of Fort Worth's finest newspaper. Friend Brian's support backfires when Scott opposes Brian's plans to buy up all of Fort Worth and turn it into
his private cattle-shipping center. A vicious band of drifters rides into town to cause trouble and Brian uses them to stop Scott's presses. After doing a slow burn, Scott finally blows the dust off his six-guns and stops the baddies in their tracks.
