Clint Walker, star of the short-lived "Cheyenne" television series, made his movie debut in FORT DOBBS, a slow-actioned western. An accused murderer, Walker escapes his lynchers by trading coats with a man he finds dead with an arrow in his back. He comes upon a farm owned by Mayo, and rescues her and her son, Eyer, from raiding Commanches.
