An entertaining comedy about a bookie, Shiner, who inadvertantly winds up as the head of a boys' school. Much to his surprise, he discovers that his pupils are quite knowledgeable at gambling. He takes them on a trip to Paris where they all get entangled in a plot to steal the Mona Lisa.
After the usual zany mishaps, Shiner and his students save the smiling Da Vinci from greedy hands. Look for a 23-year-old Ronnie Corbett, the costar of BBC-TV's "The Two Ronnies," in a bit part as a student. A remake of the 1937 British film, WHERE THERE'S A WILL.
